We deliver to the UK & Ireland only. The delivery charge is based on five different shipping zones which will be calculated during the checkout process. UK Mail is our primary courier and are one of the largest express delivery companies in the UK with over 40 years of experience. We also use other providers such as Royal Mail. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. If the order is likely to take longer we will email you to let you know. If the item is not expected to be delivered within 5 working days then we will contact you to advise you. If this is not acceptable then the order will be cancelled and you will be offered a full refund of the price of the item(s) and the delivery charges.

- Your details will not be sold to any third parties and will be used only for the purposes of processing your order. You can opt in or out of our newsletter and marketing communications at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. This policy does not apply to any goods which noted in the product description as being exempt from the right to cancel. You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 28 days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. If you fail to do return the goods we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
- Ordering
- To order browse the website and choose an item by clicking on the Add to Cart button which is next to each product and then enter the quantity you require. When you have finished proceed to the Checkout where you will be asked to register your details if you are a new customer or sign in if you are an existing customer. You will then be able to review the items in your basket to ensure it is correct and remove or add items before choosing the shipping and payment methods and then confirming your order by clicking the Place Order button. Once you have paid you will receive an email confirming your order and a separate email advising you of your payment.

- If you have registered with the website you can login to check the status of your orders.
