We deliver to the United Kingdom only and the standard UK shipping price is £4.95.

UK Mail is our primary courier and are one of the largest express delivery companies in the UK with over 40 years of experience. We also use other providers such as Royal Mail.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. If the order is likely to take longer we will email you to let you know. If the item is not expected to be delivered within 5 working days then we will contact you to advise you. If this is not acceptable then the order will be cancelled and you will be offered a full refund of the price of the item(s) and the delivery charges.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason then you can exchange or return it within 28 days for a refund of the item(s) price excluding the delivery charges. You will need to return the item(s) to us safely and attach details of your name, the order reference and the reason for the return. The returns address is Garden Deco Returns, c/o Inbond Ltd, D Shed, Eaglescliffe Logistics Centre, Durham Lane, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees, TS16 0RW.
