What is Garden Deco Ltd?
Garden Deco Ltd is based in beautiful North Yorkshire and we have been involved in selling online through various websites since 2002. We work alongside our other family business Cook's View Nursery which is a garden nursery which has operated since 1990. The nursery specialises in hanging baskets which can be grown to order for delivery or collection for home or commercial use. Please note that we are not a garden centre and the products on this website are not for sale at the nursery.

Can I phone you?
Our phone number is 0845 834 1033 where you be able to speak to someone who can take your details and a message. We are not able to support phone orders currently.
Can I visit you?
Garden Deco Ltd is a mail order only business and we do not have retail premises which means you cannot visit to buy or collect orders.
Can I exchange, return, cancel my order?
You can send back any item for an exchange or a refund within 28 days to Returns Dept, Garden Deco c/o Inbond Ltd, D Shed, Eaglescliffe Logistics Centre, Durham Lane, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees, TS16 0RW. Please include your name, address, order reference number and the reason for the return/exchange.
How long will the order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3 working days and we aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. If the order is likely to take longer than this then we will email you to let you know.
Can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. This will show whether the item has been processed, packed or shipped.
Do you supply to trade or wholesale customers?
